editorial procedure

• articles submitted will be refereed
• when accepted for publication, all articles will be edited
• articles will remain available indefinitely, but at least for one year after publication
• after one year, articles may be submitted for publication elsewhere
• when published elsewhere, articles must contain acknowledgements and a reference to the original date and place of publication
• an offprint of the published article will be sent to the journal editor
• a list of previously published articles will be included in the journal
• the copyright remains with the author
• the journal will be regularly updated.
